Conveniently located only 5 minutes by car from JR Isawa-Onsen Station, our hotel features a buffet with all-you-can-eat crab, as well as a soothing hot spring.

Q Can I send my luggage to the hotel before I arrive? A Yes, just be sure it is clearly labeled with your name and reservation date. -
Q Can I choose the floor of my room? A No, your floor and room will be assigned when you check in.
It’s unfortunately not possible to choose a particular floor when making a reservation. -
Q Are there any non-smoking guest rooms? A Yes, all the hotel’s guest rooms and common areas are non-smoking. A smoking room is available for guests who wish to smoke. -
Q Do you have a pickup service? A When you arrive at JR Isawa-Onsen Station or “Isawa” bus stop on the Chuo Kosoku Bus route, simply call us and we will pick you up. -
Q Do any of the staff speak English? A We have staff who speak English as well as Chinese. -
Q What rental amenities do you have? A We have infant bathing tubs, humidifiers, air purifiers, and smartphone chargers.
But note that these items are available in limited quantities. -
Q Are there any convenience stores near the hotel? A A Lawson convenience store (open 24 hours) is located a short 5-minute walk from the hotel. -
Q Is there somewhere to eat lunch in the hotel? A No, unfortunately we have no dining facilities that serve lunch.
Cancellation Policy
Under the provisions of our Terms and Conditions for Accommodation, fees will be charged for cancellations or guest number reductions made for reasons unrelated to the hotel. The fees vary depending on the amount of advance notice provided, as follows:
Notice provided 2 to 3 days before the reservation date: 30% of room charge Notice provided on the day before the reservation date: 50% of room charge Notice provided on the reservation date, or no notice provided: 100% of room charge The fee charged for full cancellations of bookings for 15 or more guests made 14 or fewer days before the reservation date is 30% of the first night’s room charge. (The fee applies whether the booking was made all at once or incrementally.)
Note that your accommodation agreement may be canceled if falsehoods or errors are found in your reservation request or we are unable to contact you for confirmation.
